Workshop Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY - Due to the custom nature of these workshops, all fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a credit for a future workshop.

 

 

Safety Waiver & Agreement

I understand that I will use and/or be exposed to paint, water based stains, and tools during Wicked Rustic Workshops. I recognize there may be certain inherent risks in participating in Wicked Rustic Workshops. I agree to take precautions and observe all Wicked Rustic Workshops policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself. I further agree to release and discharge Wicked Rustic Workshops for any injury, loss or damage that may arise out of my participation in Wicked Rustic Workshops whether caused by me, Wicked Rustic Workshops, or any third party. I agree to indemnify and defend Wicked Rustic Workshops against all claims, cause of action, damages, judgement costs or expenses including reasonable attorney's fees and other litigation costs which may in any way arise from my participation in Wicked Rustic Workshops. I HAVE READ THE SAFETY WAIVER AND POLICIES AND UNDERSTAND THEM. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO A WICKED RUSTIC WORKSHOP, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT I MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE.
